Why is Protection Important?
If you actively participate in any type of "Spiritual" work without protecting your energy there are possibilities that you could have things attach to you.
It could harm you emotionally, spiritually and/or even your psyche. When certain things attach to you it could cause, depression, sadness, chaos, anger, fatigue or even worse!
Spiritual Protection is something that everyone should know how to do, regardless of our religious beliefs (or lack of). It encompasses far more than just ghosts & spirits too.
Negativity in any form can be damaging to the human energy field (aura). Fear, anger, depression, negative people/places, arguments and more actually create negative energy that can cling to you or build up in your home and cause problems over time. Spiritual cleansing is very important, for yourself and your home.
I am not the type of person who follows recipes or guidelines on how things should and NEED to be done. What I do is follow my intuition and messages from my Spirit Guides.
Our group always uses " Sage" before and after every investigation.
Sage is used for cleansing, and driving away negativity. It will drive away unwanted energies you carry on you or that are in your space.
I have also used "Crystals" and I envision a " Pure White Protection" (sort of like a bubble) that will surround me and create a barrier. No unwanted or negative spirits can penetrate it!
