Instructions: Place feet on Energy Grid with left foot slightly more forward than the right foot. Important: Do Not wear shoes this may damage the system!  Bare feet or socks Only!  Hold  the rods in each hand , with arms either hanging down , forward or straight out at the sides. Experiment with different arm positions and which rod works best in which hand, you will feel the energy will increase when you change positions. Find what works best for you! Stay in position at least 3-5 minutes or whatever is comfortable for you.
